Responsibilities:
- Represent Mr Roof and Remodeling with professionalism and provide unparalleled customer service to all of it’s current and prospective clients.
- Call prospective and existing clients to set appointments for free estimates.
- Maintain knowledge of the types of home improvement projects that the company specializes in and the type of work that falls outside the company’s scope of work.
- Handle all inbound calls with great care and courtesy, and notify the appropriate department if any concerns arise.
